After a four year hiatus the restaurant that Cape Cod built is back! What started as a dream, turned into a Pop-Up, a successful 4 year run (put on hold by covid and a little soul searching), is returning. Using only the best available ingredients, many of them local, Clean Slate offers a prix fixe, six course tasting menu +surprises. Dinner is cooked and plated in front of our guests in an intimate and unpretentious setting, giving the feeling of “dinner and a show”. At Clean Slate we believe that food is about community and the interactions of people within that community. This is not just a meal, but an experience. Food to us is not only about taste and texture, but the emotions it provokes and creates. We look forward to dining with you soon!
